How can I self-detox from roxycodone(oxy's)? (Answers: 3) (Comments: 0)

My friend and I are addicted to Roxi 30 mg pills. We've been taking them for about 4 months and have managed to get ourselves down to 1 per day from 3 to 6 a day. I can honestly say that's making progress. What I am asking for is advice as to how to get ourselves off of these things without having to go to a hospital/clinic/family members, etc.. We're trying to do this on our own without anyone really knowing (until we're off of them, of course.) Is it possible/ safe to detox from alcohol by gradually reducing intake over a week? (Answers: 4) (Comments: 0)

Having been drinking nearly every day (6-8) 500ml tins of 5% lager since September 2008, is it safe to self detox without using librium and without medical supervision? What vitamins etc should be taken during the process? My last LFT was 182 which the doc said was very high. I find that when I have gone without a drink that my head and hands shake uncontrollably and only alcohol helps this, also a permanent headache. I used to drink a lot of whiskey but have not touched the stuff since September 2008. Wil these bad effects go away then with reduction?

One of the 2008 promises was to enter a self Detox program. What is the best way to do this? And I ain’t talking about drug addiction either. I wish to cleanse my body of toxics, especially the intestinal area. How can I maintain a good visit schedule to my white ceramic ornament in my bathroom? I go maybe once every other day or so. Should be every day!!! Plus, after last year’s awesome menus of dirty foods (burgers etc) I feel I screwed up with my heart (Probably filled it with lots of Crisco Oils) and it's time to clean up, eat healthy but most of all - go thru a rigorous clean up, Detox!!! I have a drug test in 5 days, how can I pass? (Answers: 6) (Comments: 0)

I just got a call about an application/interview I had last week and I have the job if I can pass a drug test this next Tuesday November 3rd. I used to smoke way more than regularly, but in the last month I probably only smoke a couple times a week. The last time I smoked marijuana was this Tuesday. So basically 7 days later I need to be clean enough to pass a urine test. It's in a hospital so they have to drug test no matter what...I'm ASSUMING its only a urine test since its just a cafe position that is inside the hospital. Does anyone have any advice on best ways to self detox myself? (I know obviously not to smoke until then...) But I can't afford to buy a detox thing right now so I just want to try to flush it out of my system... Also, are there other drugs that show up on that kind of test? Including like benzos, x (at least 2 months ago), etc.... Thanks guys! And if I failed it do you think it'd work if I just said "I am doing a psychology paper on substance abuse on marijuana, and my partner wanted me to smoke because that way you get the other viewpoint of the drug...I feel like that would not work considering this is the real world and that is more like in my dreams...but maybe? Alright to the girl right at the top, this is a way for me to figure out how to solve this problem, not for someone to try to be my mother. Especially if you are still using "gay" as an adjective. The "saying it was for a project" thing was more wishful thinking than a serious option, obviously. And about the benzo's, I actually take them for social anxiety so and regularly (the X is what was a few months ago) I was just curious if benzo's showed up on a drug test for my own knowledge. And I JUST found out its gonna be a urine test for sure, my friend worked at the hospital and had to take it also. I thought about having someone who doesn't smoke let me use they're pee haha but being a girl....itd be alot harder to crotch that shit. I'm new at this yahoo! answers thing so idk where i can post my add-ons or if this was the right spot. I'm also new at drug testing! I've never actually had to take one before and I've been smoking...etc for 4 years. REALITY CHECK.
