I'm looking for some good meals for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. I'm currently working out and building muscle and trying to make most of my foods high in protein. Can anyone recommend a few good meals? Or re-direct me to a site that has some? Thanks.

I'm 13, 4'11" and I weigh 80 pounds; trust me, I'm not underweight, I look totally fine. I just want to be more healthy and fit, y'know? Is this healthy eating? Breakfast (6 AM): Oatmeal with blueberries Piece of toast or vanilla yogurt Lunch (11:20 AM): Peanut butter sandwhich (one slice of bread) Handful of almonds Handful of carrotts Bottled water Snacks before dinner after school half an apple half a bagel Dinner (6 PM) Salad, homeade brown rice, or a bowl of Multigrain Cheerios Half an apple Banana (for dessert) If I got a good grade on a test or quiz (maybe every other week) I'll eat some vanilla ice cream. This is my workout: 20 minutes of cardio workout during school (athletics) Run/walk 3 miles

I am on a mission to lose weight by the end of the year. I weigh 185 lbs.now. Would like to lose 60 lbs. How is this for a diet or healthy eating? Breakfast: Coffee with cream and a smoothie. (Non fat yogurt, banana, peaches and a little orange juice). Snack: Pretzels with cottage cheese. Water. Lunch: Tuna Sandwich (2 pieces of 12 grain bread, nonfat ranch dressing, fat free swiss cheese, broccoli slaw, bell peppers and slices of onion. Green Iced Tea. Snack: Carrot juice Dinner: Chicken breast with tomato sauce, steamed vegetables (Asparagus, cauliflower, carrots and mushrooms) with garlic and seasoning. Green Iced Tea. Exercise: Walked up and down stairs 15 times. Please help!

Has anyone tried the "Big Breakfast" Diet? (Answers: 4) (Comments: 0)

The latest fad seems to be the Big Breakfast Diet. I read an article in our paper about it this week. But it doesn't say which foods are included for any of the meals. And reading the articles online hasn't helped either. When I think of a "Big Breakfast," I think of McDonalds version which has scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and a biscuit. Pancakes are added if you get the Deluxe Big Breakfast. Now, I don't have the money to eat out every day. But is this the gist of the "big breakfast" this diet is talking about? Has anyone here actually tried this diet? And has it worked? Did you plan meals according to their guidelines or adapt them to your specific dietary needs? Serious responders, please. I already know the benefits of eating healthy, eating breakfast, exercising, etc. Just trying to figure this particular diet out and why it seems to be the latest rage.

intense ab work out!?!?!??!?!?!?!? (Answers: 4) (Comments: 1)

so i want to get in really good shape, lose about 7 lbs. its not huge but it will do it. i especially want to work on my core strength. i am starting this intense diet for healthy eating.. breakfast- 1 bowl of cereal (sometimes) mid morning snack- fruit or granola bar lunch- 1 yogurt and fruit (apple usually) and pretzels or 1 turkey and swiss sandwhich plus fruit and pretzels afternoon- (here is my downfall) i used to have a bag of anything from a vending machine.. now im trying to fill this slot. probably with cheerios dinner- depends on the day snack- depends on if i am hungry or not but usually pretzels or tostitos or nothing does anyone have a quick yet intense and result worthy work out i can try to fit in to my hectic schedule??!?
