Ok. I am an 18 year old recovering anorexic and seeing as my BMI is under 14 I'm apparently on the verge of being sent to an inpatient facility place. I'm about to take exams so I CANT afford to lose weight even though it's what I want. I'm trying really hard to get better and it seems that I've been putting on weight on 700 calories a day (unfortunate but hopefully it'll normalize... will it? i know 700 isnt a reasonable number for the rest of my life so i hope it will...) anyway that was just to show that the small number of calories IS important to me and my recovery in case anyone is gonna say that it doesnt matter... i find calorie information on the internet that ranges between say 30 cals for 100g of something. for example raspberries in my tesco and sainsburys say they are 27 calories per 100g but on the internet most things say between 50 and 60. Same for blueberries (60ish on internet, 32 in store) and apples (47 in store, 52 on internet). So what do I trust? Because I don't want to be consuming double the calories i think i am in raspberries for example - i need to find out the exact calories i have and gain on so as to find maintenance etc... i really dont need any derrogative answers please because this is SO hard for me. im working really hard with psychologist and GP and psychiatrist and trying to stay out of hospital even though I have huge breakdowns everytime i see the scale number go up. but any help is GREATLY appreciated... who/what do i trust with this calorie situation??!!!

I'm female, I weigh 130lbs, and I'm 5'3". Today I ran 5 1/3 miles on the treadmill in 45 minutes (660 calories), then did the stair master for another 12 minutes (140 calories). I also did a little bit of weight training for 15 minutes and finished up with 150 crunches. If I eat 1400 calories with this workout today, will I lose weight? Or remain constant?
