These are my results: Age : 22 yrs 9 months Gender : Male Weight : 84.5 kg Height : 176 cm Body Mass Index : 27.3 kg/m2 Percent Body Fat : 16.4 % Mass of Body Fat : 13.9 kg Soft Lean Mass : 65.6 kg Lean Body Mass : 70.6 kg Total Body Water : 50.8 kg Mineral : 5.0 kg Protein : 14.8 kg Basal Metabolic Rate : 1783 kcal Total Energy Expenditure : 2746 kcal Now, these are the optimal values: Weight : (61.2 - 74.9) kg Body Mass Index : (19.5 - 25) kg/m2 Percent Body Fat : (15 - 20) % Mass of Body Fat : (10.2 - 13.6) kg Soft Lean Mass : (50.5 - 53.7) kg Lean Body Mass : (54.4 - 57.8) kg Total Body Water : (39.2 - 41.6) kg Mineral : (3.9 - 4.0) kg Protein : (10.8 - 12.2) kg First, I need your general comments. Second, you may notice that I have an extra of 10 kg of water and 0.3 kg of fat. To have my Body Mass Index, I have to decrease this amount of extra water. How can I do it? I mean, how to decrease the body water to its optimal value? is there any suggestions. I really need to hear from your how to have the optimal values since you may also see that I am OVER in everything. (Mineral - Protein - Water - ... )

ok so we did our weights and stuff today in gyn am they gave us all these numbers but didn't really explain it. I just need to know if i seem to be at a healthy weight or if I should maybe lose a few pounds. 15 year old female 5 feet 8 inches tall 130.8 pounds BMI (body mass index) 19.9 % body fat 25.9 okay so i just want a little advice. Thanks!!!! :)
