Hi. I'm about 5'9-5'10 and weight 155-160 pounds. I want to get my body fat percent down to 10 %. At the time I am unsure how much my body fat percent is... My question is how does loosing weight correlate with body fat? If I were to lose 15 pounds, how much would my body fat percent drop? If I diet properly and exercise for about four months, how much average body fat would I drop? Can anyone give me a estimate as to where my body fat might be given the statistics above?

I do not understand it. I figured I was at least 20 % body fat. I am 5'11 and weight 191 lbs without shoes on... I did a body fat calculator using my waist size (31 inches) and neck size 16.5 inches.. I have done a couple and they say I am 10-12.5% body fat... At what % would I need to be to have killer abs and a lean look.. I want to be able to see the vein in my biceps pop other than when I am working out.. lol... Any answers?

Obviously when i say "drinking alcohol" i mean during the night time. I went out Friday and Saturday nights and drank a lot of alcohol, and i also ate a whole pizza Sat night and a kebab Fri night, so how much body fat would i gain?? I currently have 4% body fat.
