I am 22 years old man. I am trying to build my body because I think that I have thin body structure. Three months are passed for joining the gym. With the help of special trainer and protein supplement (ON's Serious Mass) I am trying to build the body. But I am not getting result i.e. biceps, triceps, forearms, wrists are still same. These parts are not developing. Only chest part, back portion and legs are developing. I am very much under depression because I am very serious about body building. Please give me solutions to solve this problem.

hello i am 15 and 3 months old i am in pretty good shape i have been body building since last septemember i was just wondering if these are good for my age and maybe someone can set me a new target i measured most muscel such as bicep forearm quads and calves i go to the gym 2-3 times plus swimming and ice hockey and running and football 1 hour and half a day here is my recent changes 11th june 2008 forearms - 10'half inchs biceps- 11'half inches calf- 12'half inches 17th june 2008 forearms - 10'half inches biceps- 12 inch calf- 12'half inch now today: 25th june 2008 forearm- 11inchs biceps- 12'half inchs calf- 13 inchs quads - 20 inches thank you i look foward to your posts
