so i just got a cross trainer and i am starting the 7 day diet which claims to be able to lose 10-17 lbs per week and according to forums i've read it actually works. i know its not the healthiest way to lose it but i want results fast. i need to lose about 5 stone all in all. so what i am asking is , if i go on the diet and do 1 hour per day of cross training what do you think i will lose in a week? thanks. i AM doing the diet no matter what anyone says to me as i a m desperate now and have a great support unit at home so i will stick to it. thanks again

well i weigh 100 kgs that is 220 pounds on a 5ft 6 inch frame.on june 1 my elder bro challenged me to lose 30 kgs that is 66 pounds till my birthday that is on 28th september.he said he'll get me a mini laptop if i win.i have tried many fad diets but i dint complete any of them.i tried "the 7 day soup diet"but stopped on the 4th day.then i started "the 3 day diet"but ate like a pig on the 2nd day.today is 22nd june and i havent lost a single kilo yet.even my youger bro said if i win the challenge he will buy branded clothes for me.i dont want to lose the laptop n the clothes sooo plzz advice.i am 22 so i really need to lose all that extra pounds..
